What should we do with the Elgin Marbles?In this section you will be investigating the Elgin marbles, making a presentation based on your research and possible producing a short questionnaire.
Task 1 - some background readingUse the internet to answer these questions:
Task 2 - getting informationYou now need to gather information about the Elgin marbles. What you need to find is information about whether they should be returned to Greece (if you didn't find out about this then read go to this web page) or kept where they are now. What you need to do is find some web pages with information on it that is useful and keep a record of the web site. To do this, you can copy the URL from the address bar into a word document that is set up called Elgin web sites To copy and paste a URL, do the following: 1. In Internet Explorer, click on the

Task 4 - getting information (extension)Carry out a quick 'opinion poll' of people in your class - are they 'for' or 'against' returning the marbles.
