You should be working at level 5 if you can : understand that data about us can be collected through everyday activities and that this data can be used by organisations to change the way they work (e.g. stop selling things that don't sell!); know that this information needs to be protected and that we have rights concerning its use; understand what EPOS and EFTPOS mean and how they benefit customers and organisations

You may be working at level 4 if you can: understand that organisations collect information on people so that they can decide what to sell or who to sell things to; know that we have rights to the use of this information; understand that EPOS and EFT are used by organisations to make it easier for customers and themselves
